- To and fro economy class air travel for Bangalore to Bangalore tour guests as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Boat charges (once in Kashi for Ganga Snan, Ganga Aarti & Ghat Darshan, and once in Prayagraj for Triveni Sangam).
- Auto charges (once, as per the itinerary only).
- VIP Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Mandir (one time).
- Sugam Darshan at Baidyanath Dham.
- Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Baggage allowance as per the airline policy.
- Kannada Tour Manager services throughout the tour (for groups above 20 passengers).
- Entrance fees for all sightseeing places mentioned in the itinerary.
- Transfers and sightseeing by air-conditioned coach/vehicle as per the group size.
- 1 litre of mineral water per person per day.
- Premium 3-star accommodation on a twin/double sharing basis.
Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or any new taxes imposed by the government.
- Any upgrade in airline class or hotel room category.
- Air ticket deviation or rescheduling charges.
- Cost of pre-tour or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Extra expenses due to route changes, airline changes, date changes, accommodation changes, or any unforeseen/force majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
- Any additional expenses incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or personal emergencies.
- Any services or activities not specifically mentioned in the tour itinerary.
- Airfare, airport transfers, and other expenses for guests joining or leaving the tour from a different location.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the "Tour Price Includes" section.
- No refund for unused meals, accommodation, or sightseeing services.
Refund & Privacy Policy
- All modes of payment are accepted (Online and Offline).
- 50% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
Nethaji Tours will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or loss caused due to flight issues, mechanical problems, strikes, bandhs, natural calamities, or adverse weather conditions.
- The advance amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (no refund).
